It is hereby notified that the following applicants for KUCAT 2012 School of Science and School of Engineering at Kathmandu University have been selected for document verification in the programs as indicated below:

1.     B.E. Electrical & Electronics – Communication:  Merit List

2.     B.E. Electrical & Electronics – Power & Control:  Merit List

3.     B.E. Civil (Hydropower) - Merit List

4.     B.E. Computer - Merit List

5.     B.E. Mechanical - Merit List

6.     B.E. Geomatics - Merit List   (see additional notice for scholarship)

7.     B.Tech. Environmental Engineering - Merit List

8.     B.Sc. Applied Physics - Merit List

9.     B.Tech. Biotechnology - Merit List

10.  B.Sc. Human Biology - Merit List

11.  B.Pharm - Merit List

12.  B.Sc. Environmental Science - Merit List

13. B.Sc. Computer Science - Merit List


Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department for Document Verification on  August 7th and 8th, 2012 between 10 am-3 pm.

  • Appear in person in the concerned department for document verification.

·          Collect printed application form from concerned department.

·           Attach a Photo (PP) in printed application form.

·           Attach copies of the certificates, transcripts and citizenship certificates in the application form.

·          Produce original documents to verify the copies of certificates and transcripts.


  • In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be automatically rejected.
  • Candidates who fail to submit the completed application form and verify their documents by August 8th, 2012 will not be considered for admission to the program.
  • Admission lists will be published on August 9th, 2012.
