Sancharika Fellowship to BMS Students

Ten students of Bachelor in Media Studies, Kathmandu University have been awarded mini research fellowships by Sancharika Samuha at a programme jointly organized by UNFPA, Nepal, Sancharika Samuha and Department of Languages and Mass Communication at Martin Chautari, Kathmandu, on 22 December 2011.  The students from the third and fourth year received Rs. 6000.00 each to carry out studies in areas covering gender issues and media.

Ms. Sudha Panta (UNFPA) and Ms. Babita Basnet (Sancharika Samuha) jointly handed the fellowships.
