EEEG 212                  ENGINEERING PROJECT                       2 Credits

Objective:

  1. To apply the knowledge gained from various courses in carrying out electrical and electronic system design and its implementation
  2. To develop skills in goal setting, planning, investigation and research, teamwork, implementation, assessment, report writing and presentation
  3. To develop practical skills required for real engineering practice, from conceptualisation to effective realization.

Outline:

Students continue with the same project, started in EEEG 205.  They work together as a team in the implementation of the project.  Careful planning is required by the team as a whole to come to a successful conclusion.  The project will be assessed against the declared aims and objectives determined in EEEG 205.  A group report shall be prepared and a group presentation shall be delivered at the end of the semester. Project product shall be demonstrated after the presentation.
